Metallic manganese
Manganese metal Mn95 is a desulfurizer and deoxidizer of especially liquid steel. It causes a crushing effect on the steel structure, increasing the depth of roasting. With a content of up to 7% manganese, the strength limit of steel increases significantly. Corrosion resistance increases significantly with a content of more than 10% manganese.
Pieces of metal maragnets, both in the fracture and on the surface, should not be contaminated with sand, slag and other foreign materials. Traces of non-stick materials and an oxide film are allowed in Mn95 manganese.

Our advantages
A unique technology for processing small-fraction products of large ferroalloy plants. Thanks to obtaining a low level of phosphorus, the produced ferroalloys are used on responsible high-manganese steels of the 10G2FBYU type in manufacturers of armor, grinding bodies, castings for “Ukrzaliznytsia”, machine building, and the nuclear industry.
